Appointment Alterations or Cancellations
If you wish to alter, cancel or are unable to keep an appointment, please contact MaldiCare reception as soon as possible.
If you have a follow up appointment suggested by your doctor kindly inform the reception before you leave.
All payments are done at the reception including cash card payments.
The clinic has Resident Doctors, Consultants and Visiting Specialist. To find out the schedule for a visiting Specialist, please refer to the Specialist Schedule, which is available on the website. Specialist Schedule also will be advertised in Raajje TV as well as our Facebook page Information.
Please enquire at the reception for any further information.We have interpreters to help you with clinic consultations. Our Pharmacist will help you with prescriptions and over the counter medication delivering.

Please bring an identification document (National ID cards – for locals, Work Permit Cards or Passports), to verify your personal information.
In case you may change your name, address or contact details please do inform us at the earliest. This will help us to facilitate you with your needs.
Advance appointment booking are required for some doctors and consultation timings with the doctor is given on first come first basis. So early appointment making will further help you in quick consultations.
Doctor/ Practitioner and Client will decide how long the consultation take place.
If circumstances lead to difficulties please keep informing the receptionist.
Any information concerning your health is strictly confidential. All staff who have access to your medical records are obliged to maintain confidentiality at all times.
